Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Valid DHA License/Eligibility Letter
Minimum 5 years of recent experience in:
Tissue Bank
Skin Bank
Organ Donation Programs
Transplant Services
Histocompatibility Laboratory
Tissue Procurement
Strong knowledge of:
- Tissue handling and preservation
- Donor screening and evaluation
- Regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Infection prevention and control
- Documentation and traceability procedures
